ColumbiaGrid Publishes Multi-System Open Season Scoping Process Report


At its December 14, 2011 Board of Directors meeting, ColumbiaGrid published a report on the Multi-System Open Season Scoping Process which it initiated in 2009.  The scoping parties have concluded that such a process could be a useful component of on-going Order 1000 policy discussions.  To view the Report, please click on the following link:
