ColumbiaGrid calls Member Meetings periodically, as stipulated in the bylaws, to elect members of the board, to review annual financial statements, and to review progress on ColumbiaGrid's purposes.
Biannual Member Meetings are held at approximately six-month intervals. These meetings are open to the public and held at various locations in the Northwest. Notices for the meetings are made directly to all entities on the interested persons list and also published on this website.
Special Member Meetings may be called from time to time. Special meetings are also open to the public and will be noticed in the same manner as the biannual meetings.
In accordance with the bylaws, biannual and special member meetings may be held in closed session, in part or entirely, for deliberation of sensitive issues.
